Facilitation of Board Meetings and Retreats
Facilitation is a unique skill that requires art, science and keen sense of intuition. If your group is challenged by lack of organization, inefficient use of time, "challenging" personalities, or other common problems, our facilitation experience will work well for you. Our facilitators bring the experience, skills and insights to ensure that your meetings are an effective use of everyone’s time.

Results
The dynamics within any organization often cause meetings to be boring, frustrating and less than constructive. Our facilitators understand how to establish an open and safe environment where participants feel free to exchange ideas, explore possibilities, and be creative. In addition, we keep discussions on track, ensure everyone is heard (and hearing each other) and guide the group to solid, actionable solutions. 

Outside Eyes
Often times, the solution is right in front of you - but you may be too close to see it. Our facilitators don’t necessarily have the answers - but we do know how to ask the right questions to lead the group to the answers.  In addition, we do not have a personal agenda (other than results) so it frees the group from personal dynamics that may interfere with getting results.

Money
The most expensive part of a meeting is the labor cost of the participants. Estimate the cost of your last meeting by multiplying the duration of the meeting by the number of participants by their payroll cost. Shorter more productive meetings cost less and result in a positive return on your investment.

Can you facilitate your own meeting? Sure you can, but there's a price: much more of your time, much more of your money and the fact that if you facilitate your own meeting, you cannot fully participate in it and people believe you will run the meeting vs facilitate the dialogue and information.

Assessments
Today’s competitive marketplace demands that organizations do more, with less—which is not an easy task. To accomplish this, organizations need to find ways to work smarter and faster, relying more and more on the knowledge and skills of teams—specifically high performing teams. We use a two-part assessment system called DiSC® to provide leadership and teams with key insights into communication styles and offer new opportunities for team building.  After completion, participants will be able to identify their primary communication styles and those of other team members to identify potential areas of interpersonal conflict so they can minimize problems—or avoid them entirely.
